1,000 one segment texts cost $12 from your wallet. A segment is up to 160 standard characters, or 70 if the text has an emoji or special character. Longer texts use more segments, and the app shows the count before you send.
When it is sent, per segment, from your wallet. A text a carrier accepts but cannot deliver still used a segment, so it is still charged. Texts that never leave our system are not charged.
Messaging usage only: texts, picture messages and, once available, calls. The setup fee, subscription, additional phone numbers, 10DLC fees and any monthly minimum shortfall are charged directly to your saved payment method.
Add funds any time, or turn on auto recharge so your wallet tops itself up from your card. If the balance runs out, workflows pause until you add funds. Opt out confirmations always go out.

Yes. When you close your account, your unused wallet balance is refunded minus card processing fees. The Refund Policy has the details.
