This Refund Policy explains when Monkey Blast LLC refunds payments made for Monkey Blast. It is part of our Terms of Service. Current prices are on our Pricing page.
The $249 setup fee is charged to your payment method at sign up, before any verification work starts. It pays for reviewing your account and verifying and registering your business and numbers with carriers. If you cancel before we begin that work, we refund the setup fee in full. Once verification work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable, including when a carrier or registry rejects or delays a registration.
The subscription is charged to your payment method on your account's monthly billing date. Your first month is free, starting when your account is activated; if you cancel before it ends, you are not charged for the subscription. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not prorate or refund subscription fees for partial months or unused time.
Texts are paid from your wallet when sent. Because carriers charge for a text once it is sent, a text that is sent but not delivered is not refunded. Phone number fees, 10DLC registration and campaign fees and monthly usage minimum shortfalls are charged directly to your payment method and are non-refundable once charged. If you believe you were charged for something that did not happen, see section 7.
Email support@monkeyblast.app from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request." We confirm the amount with you, and approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
If you think a charge is wrong, please email support@monkeyblast.app within 60 days of the charge. We will review it, explain what we find and correct any error, usually with a credit to your wallet or a refund to your payment method.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. If a wallet top up is disputed or reversed and your wallet balance becomes negative, sending (except opt out confirmations) pauses until the balance is positive again. If a dispute is decided in your favor, the amount is not charged again; if it is decided in our favor, the amount is restored.
